Cliff Fletcher was on a Toronto Radio Network where he denied any knowledge of him shopping anything to the Coyotes including Ian White.
While I have no doubts Fletcher will try and acquire some picks this season it is to early in the season for a solid pick like that to be traded TO any team. Don Maloney isn't crazy and the only way we get that 1st is by offering up someone like Schenn or Kulemin this early so I wouldn't expect any miracle trades from Fletch right now.
If the Leafs continue to struggle in the face off circle and on the PK I would think then that Fletch may make a trade for a gritty center or winger to help those situations out. I will keep looking into this for you guys.
